SME Fund 2024 - EU Grants for SMEs - Key Information

Starting on January 22, 2024, the opportunity to submit applications for funding begins.

Grants for SMEs related to trademarks and designs - key information:

• 75% reimbursement of costs associated with the registration of a European trademark or design;
• Grants are available to all SMEs based in the EU; • All cost reimbursements under the grants are directly deposited into the SME's bank account specified in the application;
• Maximum reimbursement amount:
  -1000 EUR for activities related to trademarks and designs;
• An application for funding can be submitted by a sole proprietor;
• If in previous years (in 2023 or even 2022) you have already received a grant from the SME Fund for specific actions, you still have the right to apply for a grant for the year 2024.

Remember: First, submit the funding application, and after receiving a decision from EUIPO, you can proceed with the trademark registration.
